Bluegrass Truss Company is known for building top quality trusses. We are a certified user of the Wood Truss Council of America's Quality Control Program (WTCA QC). WTCA QC is based on ANSI/TPI 1-2002, National Design Standard for metal plate connected wood truss construction. This is the wood truss industry's current design standard and the standard referenced by the nations' 3 major building codes.
Our trusses are built in accordance to ANSI/TPI 1-2002 standards. We constantly monitor and assess our production to make sure every one of our trusses meets the standards. We are making trusses with more complex designs within ever-tightening schedules. We are able to do this with a technologically advanced plant that is a model of efficiency. Wood is precisely cut with computer driven component saws and trusses are assembled using laser imaging equipment. We are proud of our production facility and often give tours to builders and building code officials. |
